a Google Payments account for the jurisdiction indicated in these terms in order to redeem a Gift Card or Credit.
Your Google Payments registration is limited to the redemption of Gift Cards and Credits for users between the ages of 13 and 17.
When a Gift Card or Credit is redeemed, the redeemed balance is transferred from GAZ to its affiliate, Google Payment Corp. (“GPC”),
and is then maintained as Google Play balance in the user’s Google Payments account by GPC.
Gift Cards & Credits must be used on https://play.google.com to purchase eligible products.
GPC deducts purchases from your Google Play balance. When a Google Play balance is redeemed, any unused Google Play balance will remain in the recipient’s Google Play balance.
GPC may give information to Gift Card and Credit purchasers on the redemption status of Gift Cards and Credits they have purchased.

2.Limitations

Only approved items on Google Play can be purchased with the Gift Card or Credit.
There may be restrictions on redemption and use. Certain goods in Google Play’s “Devices” section (e.g., phones, tablets, etc.)
and related device accessories) and certain subscriptions are ineligible for purchase with Gift Card or Credit;
check the Help Center for additional information. The Gift Card or Credit cannot be redeemed for cash or other cards,
is not reloadable or refundable, cannot be combined with any non-Google Play balances in your Google Payments account,
and cannot be resold, swapped, or transferred for value, unless otherwise required by law.

3.No Fees or Expiration.

There are no fees or expiration dates. This Gift Card or Credit has no fees or expiration dates.
Unless otherwise required by law, any returned Google Play amounts will be credited back to your
Google Play balance for future usage under the same circumstances.

    Fraud. If a Gift Card or Credit is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your consent, GAZ and GPC are not responsible.
    If a fraudulently obtained Gift Card or Credit is used and/or used to make purchases on Google Play,
    GAZ and GPC reserve the right to terminate customer accounts and bill alternate modes of payment.

  3. Limitation of Liability
    Limitation of Liability is the sixth point to consider. On the Gift Card or Credit,
    GAZ and GPC offer no express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
    If a Gift Card or Credit becomes inoperable, your sole remedy and GAZ and GPC’s entire duty will be the replacement of the Gift Card or Credit, according to applicable legislation. Some or all of the disclaimers may not apply to you if you live in a state that prohibits limitations of liability implicit promises, as well as the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. You may have extra rights if you live in such a state.
  4. Terms and Conditions.

The Google Play Agreements of Service are incorporated into these terms and are subject to them.
The Google Payments terms of service and the Google Privacy Policy apply to the use of the services listed here.
When you buy, get, or redeem a Gift Card or Credit, you agree to be bound by the laws of the State of California, without
respect to considerations of conflict of laws, and that these Gift Card and Credit terms and conditions shall be governed by those laws.
GAZ and GPC reserve the right, in their sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
