and Google Arizona LLC is the issuer of and Credits (“GAZ”).. You must have internet access and qualify for, and have or establish,
a Google Payments account for the jurisdiction indicated in these terms in order to redeem a Gift Card or Credit.
Your Google Payments registration is limited to the redemption of Gift Cards and Credits for users between the ages of 13 and 17.
When a Gift Card or Credit is redeemed, the redeemed balance is transferred from GAZ to its affiliate, Google Payment Corp. (“GPC”),
and is then maintained as Google Play balance in the user’s Google Payments account by GPC.
Gift Cards & Credits must be used on https://play.google.com to purchase eligible products.
GPC deducts purchases from your Google Play balance. When a Google Play balance is redeemed, any unused Google Play balance will remain in the recipient’s Google Play balance.
GPC may give information to Gift Card and Credit purchasers on the redemption status of Gift Cards and Credits they have purchased.
2.Limitations
Only approved items on Google Play can be purchased with the Gift Card or Credit.
There may be restrictions on redemption and use. Certain goods in Google Play’s “Devices” section (e.g., phones, tablets, etc.)
and related device accessories) and certain subscriptions are ineligible for purchase with Gift Card or Credit;
check the Help Center for additional information. The Gift Card or Credit cannot be redeemed for cash or other cards,
is not reloadable or refundable, cannot be combined with any non-Google Play balances in your Google Payments account,
and cannot be resold, swapped, or transferred for value, unless otherwise required by law.
3.No Fees or Expiration.
There are no fees or expiration dates. This Gift Card or Credit has no fees or expiration dates.
Unless otherwise required by law, any returned Google Play amounts will be credited back to your
Google Play balance for future usage under the same circumstances.
- Fraud
Fraud. If a Gift Card or Credit is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your consent, GAZ and GPC are not responsible.
If a fraudulently obtained Gift Card or Credit is used and/or used to make purchases on Google Play,

Some or all of the disclaimers may not apply to you if you live in a state that prohibits limitations of liability implicit promises, as well as the exclusion or limitation of certain damages.
