The kids were very excited – AR allowed them to take a closer look at a DNA strand, check out the top of a tornado, and see the volcano explosion. You cannot underestimate the practical value of such an experience.

Exact sciences aren’t always fun to learn – they involve many complex notions that are hard to explain without any visual aid. This is especially true about math, and algebra, and geometry, in particular.
Fortunately, AR technology has already found a solution, how to make math more fun for kids. For instance, some apps help build and illustrate geometric forms and algebraic equations. GeoGebra is one of such apps, and here’s an example of an equation visualized with it:
As you can see, you can enter the equation and solve it via the app. While you do it, the app builds vectors, and you can check whether the result is correct or not by the figure you get at the end.
One more exact science that kids may find hard to come to grips with is chemistry. Teaching this subject at school requires live examples, so children could better understand the elements and how they interact with each other.
AR technology can liven up chemistry lessons in a lot of ways. For instance, it can help visualize the structure of different elements, like in the example below:
Such a solution can especially come in handy in the current pandemic. Since the majority of kids are stuck at homes and don’t have access to interactive boards at school, such AR solutions can help them keep learning chemistry in an engaging way.
3. Practicing without Leaving the Classroom
