Okay, I’m not going to front: I came across Anime Vanguards like any other Roblox game with an expiration date. Tower defense? Anime gacha? Sure, whatever. But then that paywall sentiment sets in around level 15 and you’re grinding for gems with nothing to show for it.
That’s when I discovered the list of codes. And honestly? It changed everything.

What Exactly Are Anime Vanguards Codes Anyway?
They are essentially free reward drops the devs give away with updates, events etc. You punch them into the game, click redeem, and boom — you’re down a reward either in gems, trait rerolls or gold. No gimmick, no trick, just free progression boosts.
Here’s what blew my mind: some of those codes are worth thousands of gems. Find resources your would grind hours for in, like normal.
The Ones That Are Working Right Now
I tried all the codes I could locate, but here’s what is still working as of October 2025.
| Code | Reward | Level Needed |
|---|---|---|
| 5DaysLeft | 100 Trait Rerolls | Level 15 |
| LateUpdate | 100 Rerolls | Level 30 |
| InnocentAnger | 5,000 Gems, 20 Stat Chips, 5 Phoenix Shards | None |
| CUPOFJOE | 5,000 Iced Tea, 5,000 Flowers, 20 Trait Rerolls | Level 30 |
| UnendingRage | 1,500 Gems, 20 Stat Chips | None |
| WEBSITEDONTGOKABOOMPLS | Free Rewards | Level 10 |
Which two should you pick up now if you’re getting started? InnocentAnger and UnendingRage. There’s no level requirement and you’re looking at 6,500 gems total plus stat chips. That’s huge for early game.
How I Actually Redeemed Them
This part’s stupid simple. Here’s what I did:
- Opened Anime Vanguards (obviously)
- hit that Profile button on the right side
- Tap on the Codes icon left menu.
- Entered the code exactly as it is — remember that these are case-sensitive, so “5DaysLeft” is fine but “5daysleft” isn’t
- Clicked Redeem Code
It takes like 30 seconds per code. The rewards pop up instantly.
What I Did With All Those Points
This is where I wised up. It wasn’t like I spent everything willy-nilly on rando gacha pulls, or anything.
I burned the trait rerolls on my starter units first. Got better qualities, made them so much more effective. Then I got to saving gems — there’s a pity system at 20,000 for guaranteed mythic pulls, from what I read on the Anime Vanguards Wiki.
The Stat Chips? Hoarded those for my DPS unit once I evolved them. Way better ratio than spreading them too thin across many characters.
Why These Codes Are Short-Lived (And How to Stay Current)

So, here’s the frustrating part: these codes have a shelf-life. Most expire after 2-4 weeks. I whiffed on a number of good ones before I caught the system.
Best move? Join the official Anime Vanguards Discord! They have more than 1.1 million members and a special codes channel. New drops are posted there first, at times hours before they arrive on Reddit or YouTube.
I also just hit a bookmark like Pro Game Guides or IGN’s code list — both are updated fairly often.
Here’s What I Genuinely Think After Trying These
The code system at Anime Vanguards is actually really good for a gacha game. You’re not getting chaff — you’re getting meaningful progression tools.
My only complaint? Some codes have level requirements. Like, I’m level 8 and come across “CUPOFJOE” with its requirement that you be level 30 (screw your capital letters! But that’s trifling compared to what you’re getting for free.
If you’re just getting started, redeem InnocentAnger and UnendingRage right now. If you are already past level 30, get everything on that list. You lose nothing and have hundreds of gems to win.
The devs also release 3-7 new codes monthly, often as part of updates. So this isn’t a one-and-done situation here — feel free to check back for updates.
Bottom Line
I progressed from struggling at level 15 to really enjoying the flow of it, all in just five minutes of punching in codes. And that’s a very good return on investment.
Just remember: case-sensitive typing, watch for level requirements, and don’t sleep on the Discord for new drops. It’ll save you later down the line when you’re just sitting on 20K gems instead of doing story mission for the 50th time.
