Traits
Fruits, in addition to mutations, have traits that depend on their growth stage, with three potential trait conditions. You can harvest where you want, and features additively contribute to the final value calculation, which mutates along with mutations.
You can grow a crop to its maximum trait stage and harvest it to significantly increase your sales.
