Sign in to your Chromebook. After logging in, go to the bottom right corner and click on Time.
Go to “Settings” and select “Advanced” and find “Accessibility”.
In the Accessibility section, select Access Control.
Find Keyboard and Text Input and select Turn on Keyboard on screen.
