I get the point, but since the Honkai Star Rail game was launched, I have been ploughing through events and version 3.2 did not go the same.
It is the second anniversary patch, and HoYoverse did not hold anything back when it comes to rewards, but there is one thing about it: not every event must receive your attention to be exactly the same.
I would have tried most of the industry in both stages, and I am here to dissect which occurrences in Honkai Star Rail 3.2 deserve the time investment and which items you should not neglect on the list.
Table of Contents
Star Rail WORLD: The Event of the anniversary that actually pays.
This is the big one. The second anniversary is called Star Rail WORLD, unfortunately, though it is supported by mini-games and level-up exhibitions to collect rewards. I opened it and I thought that it was going to become another one of the time sink activities, yet the rewards were worth every minute.
The coolest part? You are given the free Erudition-type Light Cone which you can max out to Superimposition 5. That is colossal when you are using Anaxa or any of the Erudition characters. The most I have got is 3 days of light play.
And they also gave out 1,600 Stellar Jades and 10 Fuel as an incentive to log in on April 26. Free pulls? Yes, please.
Seal Slammers: A Pet That You Never Knew You Wanted.
Alright, it is bizarre but strangely entertaining. The main attraction is the Seal Slammers in which you are matched with a baby seal and fight against the competition. Yes, you see what I mean a baby seal.
And I was not convinced during the beginning but the rewards drew me in. You acquire a new pet Bubbles who follows you around. It is cosmetic all the way, yet, truly speaking? It’s adorable. There is also a fair share of Stellar Jades and upgrade materials distributed in the event.
The game itself is quite basic, which is a think (rhythm-based) mini-games with turn-based fights. Whether you have at least 20 minutes per day, you can get rid of it without haste.
Planar Fissure 300%: Farm Like Your Life Depends on It.
And here is where real grind is paid off. Planar Fissure event offers triple rewards on farming Planar Ornaments in Divergent Universe. That’s right — 300% drop rate.
I spent two whole evenings here, and received an ornamental number of transportations to be able to also repair my support builds. You have your opportunity to farm relics provided you have been procrastinating. It was going on April 23, meaning unless you are checking in late then you should not waste the remaining days.
Hack: You cannot work out everything at once. Full commitment to speed and energy recharge sets and it made a big difference in Apocalyptic Shadow running.
Morning Starlight: Rapid Challenges, Good Payoff.
Morning Starlight has opened its gates on April 28 and wants you to fulfill a range of tasks in exchange of materials and Jades. Nothing revolutionary in this, but it is low effort, high-reward.
I took care of the majority of obstacles in a single session. The assignments are items such as use particular type of characters or empty phases with X conditions. With a well-planned roster, this is something that more or less plays itself.
The rewards are not game-changing, and, nonetheless, free Stellar Jades and upgrade materials accumulate. I took as much Light Cone XP material as I could get to max two weapons.
What About Phase 2?
The second section continued on the same track. The 300% boosted drop rate was also applied to Realm of the Strange rather than the double rewards as usual. That is an additional place of relic in the farm, and I certainly exploited it.
Anaxa and Dr. Ratio banners were also introduced with the phase, fitting in the anniversary rewards perfectly. Free Jades on the side of Star Rail WORLD, I was able to grab Anaxa and I did not break my F2P streak.
FAQs
Is the 3.2 event worth grinding if I’m a casual player?
Absolutely. The 300% farm events and Star Rail WORLD will the most bang out of your time. With as little as 15- 20 minutes a day, you will be able to walk in with plenty of Stellar Jades and materials to move forward.
Filter out the fluff events, when time is of the essence, and then shop the big ones.
How long do the events in Honkai Star Rail 3.2 last?
The majority of big events are held throughout the patch that takes place over a period of approximately six weeks divided into two stages. Phase 1 Seal Slammers and Star Rail WORLD began and operated until the end of April.
The 300% farm events were shorter and therefore, you should not overlook the 300% farm events displayed in your in-game event calendar.
What’s the best reward to grab from these events?
The Light Cone of free Erudition by Star Rail WORLD, by far. It is hard to have completely maxed out weapon without spending. Next, farm the Planar Fissure and Realm of the Strange events, which must be boosted 300% at that time – the upgrades to the relics will last long after you have finished the endgame, not the addition of a few extra Stellar Jades.
