Epic hasn’t confirmed whether Burnoff will return to the Item Shop, where you can buy him with V-Bucks. Others did not have some of these past exclusive skins. It’s a gamble. You can follow the shop rotation and official Fortnite announcements to get it if you want it.
Option 2: Own it, knowing you’ll lose a Collector’s Piece.
